Welcome to our six-day Yoga of Stillness program. This program offers an opportunity to dedicate six days to listen deeply to our body and being and move in harmony with its natural rhythm and flow. The simplicity of the Yoga of Stillness reveals the love, light and power that we can be in each moment. Below you will find the practical details you will need to attend the program.

Your Personal Login

Each program participant will have their own personal login to this program. Keep your details safe and make a note of your password. If you do lose your password you can reset it via the password reset link on the login page.

Accessing Session Pages

The evening before each live session, all details including the energetic theme for that day will be published here.

Dates & Times

Live sessions will be held every day at the following times:

Australia / New Zealand
26th – 31st Dec 2025
6:00 a.m. AEDT / 8:00 a.m. NZ

UK & Europe
25th – 30th Dec 2025
7:00 p.m. UK / 8:00 p.m. EU

Accessing Live Sessions

All live sessions can be accessed via the link below and on each session page via the zoom link. The same meeting number will be used for all 6 sessions. There will be a 15 minute introduction to the Yoga of Stillness and the program on the first day then each session will be 1-hour.

Please login to the live session at least 10 minutes before the session begins.

Accessing Recordings 

Each day a recording will be available, generally within an hour of the live session and can be accessed via the program page for up to 3 days unless prior arrangements have been made.

Note: If you are attending by recording it is really supportive to find a regular time each day to attend the session. This can help you to develop your daily rhythms and commitment to yourself.

Program Journal

On each session page you will find a series of questions to respond to following the yoga session. These questions can offer a point of realisation, appreciation or a marker for each day throughout the program. This is a personal tool and your responses will remain private via your personal login and will be emailed to you upon submission.

Group sharing will be available via the program discussions.

Program Discussions

At the bottom of each session page you will find a comments area where you can share with the other participants during the program. This can offer support and inspiration for yourself and each other. To get in touch with me please use the contact button on the webpage.
